Sheila owns nine companies, has worked with and/or shared the stage with the likes of Les Brown, Christine Comaford, Dr. Dolf deRoos, Paula Abdul, and Dr. John Gray, to name a few.

Marketing is her gift, but her passion is working with small business owners and entrepreneurs who are usually most in need of professional marketing services yet often are the most financially challenged.

Sheila set out on a mission to create a marketing system that would empower small business owners with the comprehensive "how to" marketing support that had previously only been available to Fortune 500 companies.

In 2005, Sheila sold off her advertising agency, launched Empower Marketing and wrote a series of 24-books creating the Power-Injected™ Marketing Toolkit system that she launched throughout the U.S. and Canada.
